Richard Dulaney:

Richard Dulaney is a visionary technology professional with more than 25 years of experience in Telecommunications Solutions, Customer Interaction Systems and Information Technology. Known as a strong leader Richard is recognized for his vision, creativity, analytical skills. He is a strong advocate for convergence of voice and data over the enterprise network infrastructure.

Richard has been a major contributor to the planning, design and implementation of to various complex multi-site contact centers and VOIP Solutions for large enterprises and government agencies. During is career Richard has been a Professional Services Director, Project Manager, Solutions Architect and Independent Consultant
